Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips

  • Mandoline Slicer or Knife
  • Paper Towels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large sweet potato (firm and smooth)
  • 1-2 sprays grapeseed or olive oil (for spraying)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and slice it into thin pieces (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline slicer or sharp knife.
  • Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Continue cooking until the chips are golden and crispy. Remove and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover sweet potato chips in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
