Instructions
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and slice it into thin pieces (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline slicer or sharp knife.
Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Continue cooking until the chips are golden and crispy. Remove and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
Store leftover sweet potato chips in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
