  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are of even size for consistent cooking.
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix until blended smoothly.
  • Toss the steak pieces in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Allow the steak to marinate for at least 15 minutes; for deeper flavor, consider marinating for up to an hour in the refrigerator.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Once preheated, place the marinated steak tips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Cook the steak tips for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking. Adjust the cooking time depending on your desired doneness, shorter for rare and longer for well done.
  • After cooking, remove the steak tips from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
