  • 2 large Large eggs Use cold eggs straight from the fridge for best results.

For the Ice Bath

  • 1 cup Ice Optional, for stopping the cooking process.
  • 1 cup Water Mix equal parts of ice and water.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Place the eggs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.

Cooking

  • Cook the eggs for 10-12 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolks.
  • While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath by mixing equal parts ice and water in a bowl.
  • Once the cooking time is up, carefully remove the eggs from the air fryer using tongs.
  • Immediately transfer the eggs to the ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them sit for about 5 minutes.

Serving

  • Once cooled, gently tap the eggs on a hard surface to crack the shell, peel, and enjoy.
