Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (6 oz each) Fresh salmon preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for spice.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds brightness.
  • to taste fresh parsley For garnish.
  • to serve lemon wedges Enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning blend generously over both sides of each salmon fillet.
  • Drizzle the seasoned salmon with fresh lemon juice.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, spacing them out for proper air circulation.
  • Air fry the salmon for about 8 to 10 minutes, checking for doneness around the 7-minute mark.

Serving

  • Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
