Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
  • Cut the rice paper sheets into desired shapes such as triangles or squares.
  • Lightly brush or spray one side of the rice paper with olive oil, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle salt and any optional seasonings over the oiled side.

Cooking

  • Place the prepared rice paper pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 3-5 minutes, checking halfway through for doneness. The chips should be golden and crispy.
  • Remove the chips from the fryer and let them cool on a wire rack, as they will become crunchier as they cool.
