  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) For brushing the crust for a golden finish.
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly brush the personal pizza crust with olive oil for a golden finish, if desired.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
  • Arrange your topping choices, such as pepperoni or vegetables, evenly across the cheese.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings to enhance the flavor.
  • Carefully place the pizza in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Cook for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if you like, then slice and serve.

Notes

To store leftover pizza, allow it to cool completely and wrap slices individually or place them in an airtight container. Reheat in the air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
