  • 4 Fresh ripe peaches, halved and pitted Choose ripe peaches for the best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar Can be substituted with honey or agave syrup for a lighter option.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon Feel free to add more spices like nutmeg or ginger for extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • to taste Greek yogurt For serving.
  • to taste Honey Drizzled on top.
  • to taste Granola For added crunch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peaches with the mixture, ensuring each half is well-coated.

Cooking

  • Place the peaches in the air fryer basket, cut side up, in a single layer.
  • Cook in the air fryer for about 10 to 12 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Once done, carefully remove the peaches and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
