Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced (or canned peaches, drained) Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can be substituted with whole wheat or gluten-free flour.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Adjust based on the sweetness of the peaches.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk Can use any milk of choice.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon For extra flavor.
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg For extra flavor.
  • optional Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • If using fresh peaches, wash and slice them. If using canned, drain the juice and set the peaches aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in half of the sliced peaches.
  • Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
  • Top the batter with the remaining peach slices. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top for extra flavor.

Cooking

  • Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the dish from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
