Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta (your choice) Use any type of pasta.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For a healthy crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese (optional) Use while chips are warm for extra flavor.
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool slightly.

Preparing Chips

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat each piece of pasta evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the pasta chips in the air fryer for about 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; the chips should be golden brown and crisp. If needed, cook for a few more minutes until they reach your desired crispiness.
  • Once cooked, remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese over them while they are still warm.
