Ingredients
  

Mushroom Preparation

  • 16 oz fresh mushrooms (button or cremini)

Seasoning Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to clean, avoiding soaking them in water.
  • Cut the mushrooms into halves or quarters for even cooking and better flavor absorption.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cut mushrooms to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
