  • 10 pieces fresh jalapenos Choose firm and vibrant green jalapenos.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to mix with other cheeses like pepper jack.

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Optional Topping

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For extra crunch, this is optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash the jalapenos and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes for milder flavor.
  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Generously stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  • If desired, dip the stuffed jalapenos in breadcrumbs for additional crunch.

Cooking

  • Arrange the poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes until jalapenos are tender and filling is golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy warm!
