  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Fresh lemon wedges For serving.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Pat the haddock fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the seasoning mixture over both sides of each haddock fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  • Cook the fillets for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove the fillets and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes
