Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine wings with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, sage, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket.
Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 16-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches at least 165°F. Cook longer if necessary.
Once cooked, serve the wings plain or toss in your favorite sauce.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for about 5 minutes.
