Ingredients
  

  • 20 pieces chicken wingettes and drumettes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine wings with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, sage, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 16-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches at least 165°F. Cook longer if necessary.
  • Once cooked, serve the wings plain or toss in your favorite sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for about 5 minutes.
