Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs

  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Seasoning Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Garnish

  • to taste fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or thyme) Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  • Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Letting the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking enhances flavor. Properly store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
