  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme Or your favorite herb.

Preparation

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix well to form a seasoning paste.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring even coverage under the skin and on the meat.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, checking for doneness. The juices should run clear, and the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
