  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Allows for a crispier exterior.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the seasoning mixture. Let them marinate for at least 10-15 minutes for extra flavor.

Cooking

  • Once preheated, place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd them for even cooking.
  • Cook the chicken tenders at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Once done, remove the chicken tenders and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
