Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil (canola oil works well)
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili powder (use less for mild)
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, drizzle vegetable oil over the chicken drumsticks. Add smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until chicken is fully coated.
  • Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Set the air fryer to 200°C (390°F). No preheating is necessary.
  • Cook the chicken drumsticks for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check that the chicken is cooked through, with an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and a crispy skin.
  • If desired, brush with BBQ sauce and air fry for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
