Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Optional
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs Optional

Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

  • Start by cutting the chicken breasts into evenly sized, bite-sized pieces. This helps them cook evenly. If your chicken is slightly frozen, it will be easier to cut.

Step 2: Seasoning

  • In a large bowl, coat the chicken pieces with olive oil, ensuring each piece is covered. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss everything together until well mixed. For extra crunch, coat the chicken with breadcrumbs.

Step 3: Air Frying

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. Arrange the seasoned chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Step 4: Serving

  • Once golden and crispy, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes. For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy your crispy air fryer chicken bites!
