  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs yield a crunchier texture
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheese curds Use firm cheese curds to avoid melting
  • Cooking spray For coating

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
  • In the breadcrumb bowl, mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat each cheese curd in flour, shake off excess, then dip in beaten eggs and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the breaded cheese curds on a plate.

Cooking

  • Arrange a single layer of breaded cheese curds in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray the curds with cooking spray.
  • Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove cooked cheese curds and repeat the process with remaining curds.

Serving

  • Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or spicy aioli.
  • Consider garnishing with fresh herbs or chili flakes for added flavor.

Notes
