  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • fresh herbs For garnish, such as parsley or cilantro.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into thin strips or desired fry shapes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the carrot strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Spread the seasoned carrot fries evenly in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the carrot fries for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once done, remove the carrot fries from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
