Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium Fresh carrots Washed and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For coating the carrot sticks
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

For Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by washing and peeling the carrots. Cut them into thin, even sticks to ensure they cook at the same rate.
  • Place the carrot sticks in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss everything until well-coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned carrot sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for tenderness and desired crispiness, adjusting cook time if necessary.
  • Remove the carrot fries from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving if desired.
