Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium green cabbage Ensure it's fresh with crisp leaves.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Optional Toppings

  • to taste grated Parmesan cheese For added flavor.
  • to taste fresh herbs Such as parsley or thyme.
  • 1 squeeze lemon For a fresh finish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove any outer leaves from the cabbage that look wilted or damaged.
  • Cut the cabbage in half, then cut each half into wedges, aiming for about 6-8 wedges per cabbage.

Seasoning

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Add the cabbage wedges to the bowl and toss gently to coat each wedge with the seasoning mixture.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between wedges.
  • Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Watch closely in the last few minutes to reach your desired crispiness.
  • Once done, remove the wedges from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover wedges in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat them in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes to regain crispiness.
