Ingredients
  

For the wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings Ensure wings are thawed if frozen.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder Use aluminum-free for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for extra heat.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to spice preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  • Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until fully coated.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or lightly coat it with oil.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

Cooking

  • Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • While wings cook, heat the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  • Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the warm buffalo sauce over them, tossing to coat.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
