Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Head of Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.75 cup Buffalo Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
  • Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring each piece is evenly covered. Shake off any excess batter.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • While the cauliflower is cooking, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a small bowl.
  • Once the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, transfer it to a large bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
