Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring each piece is evenly covered. Shake off any excess batter.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place the battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
While the cauliflower is cooking, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a small bowl.
Once the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, transfer it to a large bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
