  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the boneless chicken thighs and ensure they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
