Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips Customize based on preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mash the banana until smooth and mix in the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
  • Fold in any optional toppings if desired.
  • Grease a baking dish that fits in your air fryer and pour the oat mixture into the dish, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and cook for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  • Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.

Serving

  • Allow the baked oats to cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with fresh fruits, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
