Deliciously crispy air-fried potatoes tossed with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into even-sized cubes Wash and scrub the potatoes to keep the skin on.
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for added freshness.

Preparation

  • Wash and scrub the medium-sized potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into even-sized cubes, about 1 inch.

Mix Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Preheat Air Fryer

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat.

Cook Potatoes

  • Place the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Add Parmesan

  • Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.

Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 10 minutes until hot and crispy.
