  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour For the batter
  • 1 cup milk Milk for the batter
  • 1 large egg For the batter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Preferably panko, for coating
  • to taste none Powdered sugar Optional, for dusting

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth to create a batter.
  • Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.

Coating

  • Take each Oreo cookie and dip it into the batter, coating it completely.
  • Roll the coated cookie in the breadcrumbs until fully covered.

Cooking

  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the coated Oreos in a single layer in the basket without touching each other.
  • Air fry the cookies for about 5-7 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the cookies from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes.
  • If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar for added sweetness before serving.
