For the Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 bag frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer heats, place the frozen Brussels sprouts in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the sprouts and toss them to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the Brussels sprouts. Mix until well coated.

Cooking

  • Transfer the seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd them to allow for even cooking.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the Brussels sprouts for 16-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure they brown evenly.
  • When done, check for desired crispness. If you prefer them crispier, you can cook for an additional 2-4 minutes.

Serving

  • Carefully remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and serve immediately. You might sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast on top for extra flavor.
