Preparation

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into half-inch thick rounds or long strips, depending on your preference.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until it forms a smooth blend.
  • Add the banana slices to the bowl and gently toss them until all slices are evenly coated with the mixture.

Cooking

  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Monitor the bananas as cooking times may vary depending on air fryer model.
  • Once they reach a golden-brown color and crispy texture, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Allow the bananas to cool slightly before serving.
