  • 20 ounces frozen fully-cooked mini meatballs (approximately 30 meatballs)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup grape jelly or jam (or any fruit jam you prefer)

Preparation

  • Select a 4-quart slow cooker for this recipe.
  • Pour the frozen fully-cooked mini meatballs into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of BBQ sauce and 1 cup of grape jelly or jam. Stir until well integrated.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  • Gently stir the meatballs and sauce together to coat each meatball.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Check for doneness to ensure meatballs are heated through and coated in thick sauce.
  • Switch to the 'keep warm' setting if serving later to keep meatballs warm.
