  • 1 cup almond butter Use natural almond butter without added sugars or oils.
  • 1 cup brown sugar Light or dark brown sugar can be used based on preference.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Regular, milk, dark, or white chocolate can be used.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond butter with 1 cup of brown sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between scoops.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
